Same here, my delivery was 2 hours before yours. No reason given aside from 'software'. I'm more disappointed with the lack of transparency than I am with the delay and I'm pretty disappointed with the delay.
I was able to finally get insurance through Scoop (a CAA broker that CAA directly transferred me to). They still don't have the 2024 R1T in the database, but he was able to eventually setup insurance for me using 2023 rates. He said it could change very slightly when the 2024s are finally...
There's a ton of negative articles going around lately about EVs in general. Gotta wonder who's funding them all and who has the most to gain by creating mistrust for EVs.

I'm in the same boat as you with a recent shop purchase. I'm waiting to hear back from my current broker and will also probably call CAA today/tomorrow. Will let you know if I find out anything.
Your shipping rates to Canada are pretty atrocious - $65 for floor mats, $20 for screen protectors for your cheapest rates. I won't even mention what wheels cost to ship.
Any chance this will improve in the near future? I'd love to buy some stuff from you guys but I just can't justify paying...
