Thanks for the responses! The pic is zoomed in too far to see it is in a weatherproof box (can fully close when plugged in.). Cabin is on the grid and with it plugged in the whole time we're there, usually charges ~2 mi/hr or about 50 miles a day, no problem reaching 90%

There’s a couple like that at the Floor & Decor here, even one at a liquor store. The screens were playing ads. I don’t know why they mess with L2 chargers in those kinda places when you’re there for 20 min or less. I don’t even bother with them anymore.

Do you get that warrantied? I just swapped out rims for a winter set and noticed this too. Is this a normal amount of greasy buildup?

Mine has also been showing incorrect SOC in the app for a few weeks now. As you can see, when I slide it up to 100% in all purpose, it shows max of 215 miles in the app. However, in vehicle it shows 100% at 274 (which is the correct number). (Gen 1 Large)

Can’t you keep the brackets on and just unbolt the actual boards? I have them too and it seems pretty easy to get to.
