Virginia 2023 Launch edition for sale

Hello all
I ordered a r1s launch edition about 3 weeks back after the rivian sales rep confirmed that I will get delivery by Dec 31. Now they say the earliest I can take delivery is in January, which will not work for me due to my tax situation. Is anyone interested in purchasing this from me in January. If not, I will cancel the delivery.

Wait you ordered 3 weeks ago and delivery is in January? Are they all the way through the backlog of pre orders from pre March pricing for R1S?

My pre-order date is Nov '21. Once I got shop access and i didnt like the builds available, I called customer service and let them know that if I can get a Launch green LE, a 2023 build and not a 2022, I will confirm my order immediately. Rivian called me the next day (Nov 01, 23) and said my desired build is in the factory, and if all is good, should be available in Dec. That is when i confirmed. My guide just now confirmed that I will get delivery Dec 18.
For the record my original build during pre order was r1s Adventure, GW, with 21's

I still don't know for sure if I will take delivery on the 18th. I heard a lot of folks complaining of road noise. I want to check it out for myself. I have requested the guide for a test drive this week. Let's see how it goes. Also the interest rates currently on offer 8.75 from rivian is not enticing. My current vehicle is a x7 and I pay 1% interest on the loan.
