2024.35.0 Navigation GPS Not Available

After the 2024.35.0 update my navigation has been broken, pinned to my home address (GPS not available). It was fixed with a vehicle reset and then came back after two days. Weirdly enough my location based garage door opener still works when I approach my garage and I have a service ticket open for this.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This happened to me, but I also lost cell signal and they had to replace a modem card.

Try a hard reset of the system. Hold the far left steering wheel button and the hazard button at the same time until it reboots. If that doesn't solve it you will need to submit a service request. Possible issue with the telematics control module (TCM)

I've had my GPS not work a few times in the last year. Soft reset has always fixed it, but I never had it fail again that soon after soft reset.

I had this yesterday. Soft reset did not resolve it. Hard reset did. 2025 R1S.

This is the second issue I've had that requires hard reset. The other was no Cruise Control or Highway Assist. I'm thinking the two problems might be related.
