This is getting overshadowed by Motortrend’s awesome TransAmerica Trail story today, but it speaks to why I’d rather support Rivian than any other automotive company—they practice what they preach.

As much as I think Rivian vehicles are going to be awesome - especially with all the rave reviews its getting the past week or so - its stuff like this that makes me love Rivian as a company. I think it is so cool how they have coupled building these trucks/suvs with a brand that cares about the environment.

Its also a great way to great brand loyalty, like Patagonia or similar companies.
