I’ll just say that Discount Tire managed to find a set of the 21” Michelins for me back at the end of November, and I’ve been very pleased with them. Better ride, great traction in snow, the same qualities that I’ve enjoyed with LTX M/S 2 on my other trucks. I was prepared to extend the Pirellis until the Defenders became available, but I got lucky. Hopefully the production will resume soon.

Ordered mine from Tire Rack and did all my scheduling with Discount Tire right through Tire Rack and had them shipped to the location by my house. Was a quick and painless process. The only hiccup was they only had two pucks and had to use jacks in the truck instead of the lift. I told them to tell me next time and they can use my pucks :) The manager was a little surprised i was able to get them because he said they had been out of stock in their systems for months due to them being a new tire.

I have about 3500 miles on them since November and I like them compared to the Pirellis. We had a 12" snow recently and they handled it way better than the Pirellis in my opinion. Saving a few bucks and getting an actual warranty is always nice too.
