22,500 mile checkup details?

My R1T is due for this checkup. So I went to the app and tried to “talk” to the app assistant about details of this service and costs. This went nowhere. So I called Rivian and talked to Donnavan. Nice guy. He sent me a service appointment (mobile not avavailable for this service) which states the base cost but does not itemize what is performed. Has anyone had this service done and, if so, what is included? I am attaching page 2 of appointment. Page one is personal/vehicle information and remaining pages are legal mumbojumbo.

Thank you Vandalsibs. I get to this page and click on “Service “ , but that page, at least as far as I cansee, does not itemize what is included in this inspection. Am I missing something?

I think that it may be my browser which defaults to the GB Rivian site. I have discussed this with Rivian and no solution.

This looks like the same checklist I had at 7500, which was a mobile appointment by the way. Of note, the tire rotation can be separated out to reduce cost if you do those sort of things yourself. However, removing the tire gives the tech a better view of the suspension when doing the inspection.
