22 inch rim needed for spare tire

I live in Boston and i am looking to do some offroading around capecod this year. I see that i need to apply for permit to get on sand and one of the requirements is to have a full size spare.

Just FYI, full sized spare doesn’t fit in the R1S spare compartment. R1T is ok
