Hi there,

My OEM Pirelli's need to be replaced soon, at 15k now.

How do these perform?
- Continental TerrainContact H/T
- Goodyear Wrangler Steadfast H/T

Do you have recommendations on 22"?

Many thanks!

I just passed 17k on my OEM Pirelli's and they still look good for another 5k. I'm 90+% driving on road in AP. Seems there is a wide range of tire wear with the 22s. Seen ppl reporting anywhere from 12 -24k on them.

I’m nearly to 25k on the OEMs. Tempted to do the Michelin defenders so I can use costco but probably sticking with Pirellis and discount tire

What is everyone thoughts on going with a 115 load rating on the 22s? Stock is 116 and there really isn’t much other than OEM at that load rating.

115 is plenty. Some of the earlier trucks shipped with 115 tires and that's still way over the GVWR.

I thought of the same. I will likely go with the Contis.

I’ve posted about the Conti TerrainContatcts mutiple times. Pretty sure I’m the first R1T owner to mount them and have logged over 8000 miles (installed when my truck had just 400 miles on it). Would recommend.

Our OEM Pielli’s lasted about 26k miles. We tried to get the Continentals but they were back ordered, so went with the Goodyear Wrangler Steadfast (WRL) HT 275/50 R22 . They were $10 less a tire after the $100 rebate. So far so good. Quiet, good grip, smooth ride. Time will tell..
