2FA - Two Factor Authentication Improvements

Rivian does a good job sending monthly updates and improving the vehicle, but I hope someone is looking at the website/app also. A couple things I would like to see:

• Get away from SMS two factor. It's better than nothing, but I would rather have authentication apps.
• Have backup codes. It's a worry of mine that I'm not going to have my personal device on me for whatever reason (lost, stolen, etc...) and be locked out because of that.
