I’ve had unfortunately the same experience. My guide said it was here on Monday and going through inspection. On Wednesday I was told it might arrive at the SC by mid next week. I did try the SC directly to see if she had the wrong info, but no joy.Congrats!
I had an up and down day today exchanging text messages with my guide. My guide told me this morning that she had confirmation it had arrived at the service center and she was partnering (her word) with the service center for an update. I responded by asking if she had a date as to when step 8 would unlock. I didn't hear back from her until the afternoon but she responded with a question about something I was having trouble with, so it seemed like she might have responded to the wrong person. I let her know that I wasn't having any trouble just wanted a date for step 8 to unlock. She then told me that she was talking with the service center now. Then a few minutes later she said ETA is 8/22. I texted back asking did that mean delivery to me or the service center, and why so long (earlier in the week she told me it was a few days from arrival at the SC to being ready for delivery)? Since it was about 4:30pm (quitting time) she never replied and I doubt I'll hear back from her for at least a week unless something changes. Frustrating to say the least. I just wish they could actually provide some accurate info for once. I'd almost prefer no contact until they have an accurate date. From reading through the forum, sadly I think this may be typical for delivery status. Anyone else have any updates? Any luck calling the service center directly?
