Thank you! I am very appreciative of you all at Rivian Weekly and the entire Rivian community as well as we all rally around our 6 year old, Olina, in desperate times.

Our biggest need to to find an organ donor. I cannot donate because I am an organ donor and have one kidney left (for me!). No one is a match in our family so we are taking an active approach to find her a live donor before she gets very very ill and needs to be placed on dialysis in order to survive. She needs a donor with either Type O+, Type O- (and in some cases) Type A will work.

If people are not feeling led to donate and save a life or simply cannot due to personal health issues, we are currently building a campaign for Olina through COTA (Children’s Organ Transplant Association).

Once the link is live, people will be able to fundraise and/or make monetary donations that will be 100% available for us to use for transplant related expenses only. COTA is a non-for-profit organization that exists purely to help families like us not only with gathering funds we can use to pay the many medical costs but they also support us along our very challenging journey.
