I have one with the case, and $150 shipped in the US sounds fine to me also. I can even ship by tomorrow, I ship stuff for work many times a week.

I also have an A2Z Typhoon adapter that I'm happy to sell locally (SF Bay Area) if anybody is still interested. Used for one roadtrip, and willing to sell for $150.
