ABRP Will nolonger plan a route

ABRP will no longer plan any routes. It always gives this error. I reset the settings, but no joy.

Where are you trying to plan from-to? Only time I saw that was awhile back when there was no way to get to my destination because no chargers were on the route.

Edit:

I stand corrected, there is certainly an issue as I get that message on known routes.

I'm having the same problem on both PC and my phone. Rivian Nav in the app is freezing up too.

Seems to be a fairly broad issue.

This is also affecting rivian vehicles directly. The map in the vehicle will still route, but it takes like three times longer, and it won't load battery consumption information.

Exactly. Just happened to me routing a 5 mile city drive

I was just trying to use it tonight and it failed using the Android app and failed using the browser app. It must be some sort of server issue on their side.

I opened a ticket with ABRP. Looks like they resolved it.

I also notice it not working last night. As of 6:00 am this morning it is now working.

Confirming all seems well now. Got an email from ABRP saying the issue was resolved.
