Accessory pricing from shop

Thanks for the updates, everyone. I've already tried spelling it out to my guide how to get the crossbars at the old price but he doesn't seem willing to help and just said that customer service will follow up. I'll try to ping again since I haven't gotten an email from the Rivian team he referenced.

My guide just updated my order to include the crossbars. $450.

Mats are the same price so was advised to go through the gear shop.

I have the same guide and he hasn't been able to help me purchase accessories from the shop at pre-price increase amounts. I really only want the cross bars. But he has yet to help.

I don't know what the system looks like on the guide's end. Maybe he can more easily modify certain reservations over others.

I haven't taken delivery yet but will be soon. Per his last response, customer service was supposed to reach out and that was over two weeks ago. Pinged them today to see what's going on. Assume once I take delivery, I'm going to be SOL if I'm not already.
