I'm having a new Alexa issue and wondering if anyone else has encountered it and has a solution? Using Alexa as a wake word has worked well for me, but recently Alexa stopped activating when I said Alexa, unless I mute the music or turn it down below about volume level 3. It always worked before when I would have the radio volume up at normal levels, but isn't anymore. All of my Alexa app settings are unchanged (and on) and I'm still on the same firmware. I've reset the infotainment a couple of times and logged out of and back into Alexa twice now, but still have the same issue. Any suggestions?
