The last update definitely borked Alex in my truck.

I thought she was intentionally ignoring me the first few times I asked what time I'll get to work. Then I realized she's being unusually quiet in her often-wrong guesses. LOL

Today I was at columbus Ohio Rivian facility. Reported to them that i could not get Alexa volume very loud, or even loud enough to hear and understand .They are now aware of the issue and think somehow the latest update is the culprit. Hopefully it will be fixed soon in a future update.

Same issue here, thanks for reporting it. Was having a tough time getting Alexa to open my garage door recently since I could not hear her prompts.

Same issue here, reported it to SC - volume for Alexa specific is irrelevant, even at 20+ it's a whisper.
