Well they missed my March-April delivery window. How many others are still waiting ?
Aye; missed and without PBA. No new estimate from our guide. Went from "Mar/Apr" to "I'm not sure."

Somewhar same here, March/April delivery, even though I got the PBA, signed same day (April 15), my Guide indicated after the PBA that he did not know if it would be 2 weeks or 2 months (R1T, LE Green, BM Interior). May 1, still no delivery date or 8-step, and the only thing that does seem likely is that "they will try to ship the charger 1-2 weeks before the truck." So it seems we are again back to "you will hopefully get it.....someday!" Meanwhile, $5 a gallon diesel is less than ideal!

Signed my PBA 4/21. Still awaiting a VIN as of last check. Looks like my April window is turning into June as I'll be gone for two weeks at the end of May.

They won't make my window, but this weekend I've been assigned a VIN, so I'm calling it close enough to make me happy. ? And I've got FE interior, which has been a huge question mark regarding delivery timeline. Sorry for anyone that's slipping, but seems like they are making progress!

Did you get an email when your VIN was assigned?

Have folks been tracking the various JSON attribute values and what they correspond to in the delivery process? I've finished PBA and am now at "PENDING_FULFILLMENT" but with a null vehicleId (I assume this would be the VIN?).

More info on where I find that. I am in dev tools on chrome. But can’t seem to find this info. Thanks in advance.

My guide called. I missed the call, so he sent a text. I just texted back "Wow!" and my phone rang 30 seconds later.

No email. I just now checked to be sure... and found I've been sitting on a PBA - with 3 email reminders - since April 20. ???Oops!!

I just click on several of them until I see the one that has a response starting with {"data":{"user":{"userId"

Ok so it is the users payload. Just missing a bunch of fields if you don't have a guide.

So I haven’t posted anything lately, but there has been some progress on my R1T delivery. I was finally contacted by my guide Jorge a few weeks ago and was told that we were close…and was sent the initial document (pre-purchase agreement?) for signing. I told my guide that I had hoped to go on a trip this spring that I had delayed until the end of April due to my delivery window being “March-April”. He assured me we could make it by the end of the month.

When I pressed him, he said it looked like my truck was at the Bellevue service center., and that the 8 step process should start within a few days. Then crickets for days and days…

Another week passed, and I sent him a message (Monday 4/18) asking for status, and he told me he had inquired about my truck and was waiting for a response. A while later he responded again saying my truck was in production that week (!) and should ship soon. Then Friday 4/22 he said it was built and scheduled for transport.

So nothing until I pinged him again yesterday, and he responded after awhile saying it was in Bellevue (where have I heard that before?) but had to go through inspection prior to starting the 8-step. This meant no chance for delivery until the first week of May at the earliest.

My takeaways - even the Guides don’t really have accurate information, the process is incredibly complex, and if they expect to continue this current cumbersome process there is no way they can ramp to the expected volume. I really have high hopes for this company and I’m excited about finally getting my truck, but very concerned as a shareholder that they can ever seriously ramp to become a contender in the electric vehicle space doing things the way they are now.

While I truly appreciate the SC initial inspection, and the final inspection just prior to delivery (which sets expectations incredibly high BTW) RJ has overthought this whole thing and needs immediate and significant process improvement in the delivery space, if not elsewhere! I’ve never purchased a new car that took more than a few hours to complete the process, a day or two at most after arrival if I had custom ordered it from the factory!

Sorry for the long post. Is my frustration showing yet?
Casper, I am in the same boat, you're just a little ahead of me. My guide tells me that my RIT is leaving Normal tomorrow and should arrive in Bellevue this week. My Portal for the 8 steps should open Thursday or Friday. There is some law in Washington that says they have to wait 24 hours before they can deliver the truck after you finish all 8 steps. I am planning to pick my truck up in Bellevue if that saves time. Patience is not on my list of attributes. this is killing me.

What's your build? Waiting for mine to show up to Bellevue too. Hopefully they surprise me and it's on its way or will be tomorrow!

LE Rivian Blue, BM, 20” AT, also missed March-April window. In SLC, UT. Signed PBA few weeks back, sold my Tesla last week (driving a $3,500 2012 Coda EV in the meantime). Last week my guide told me: “Keep your eyes on your email. Hopefully we have a delivery date for you in the next 2 to 3 weeks!”

Not exactly confidence-inspiring.
