Any speaker harness adapters available?

Any members know of available speaker harness adapters? I am looking to replace the 4 door speakers but the wires have 4 leads which I assume mean they are wired in parallel to the mid/tweeters . If I snip all 4 wires..good bye mid/highs.

If they're wired in parallel, can't you just use two barrel connectors, with two wires in one end and one wire for your new speaker coming out the other?

True..thought of that after I posted. Now just have to figure out if the blue wires are positive or negative
