Anyone contacted EV Sportline and got a response?

Bought their bed extender, had some questions specific to the order after it was delivered, sent an email, immediately got an auto responder, then crickets. Called, got voicemail. 5 days after the first email I sent another.

Apparently my '23 doesn't qualify for a Rivian tonneau cover, saw they're selling a LOMAX Hard Folding Tonneau cover, but have a question about it since there's only a few pics. But considering I got no response to my first order, I'm thinking nope.

Contacted them a few months ago about missing parts from an order and they were pretty quick via email but never did call back for voicemail. But as iforbes mentioned they are pretty active on this forum and do have great customer service.

Try using the Contact Us form in the EV Sportsline website, and others had suggested, try the DM option. I was able to get quick responses using the Contact Us form and DM options.
