Anyone have an "SOS calling not working" issue?

Literally picked up R1S from service center after 25 day repair and first thing I see after I start up is "SOS calling not working". Soft reset, hard reset, etc. do not resolve. Ticket on initial repair never should have been closed with this notification popping up, now have not wait a couple weeks for next availability. Has anyone else had this issue; and, if so, how was it resolved?

Update: Resolved by removing phones paired as keys and repairing. For whatever reason, when phone as key is somehow corrupted (followed a TCM and other module replacements in my instance), it triggers this collateral warning. ?‍♂

The R1T loaner I had showed that message every time I started the vehicle. Not sure what caused it but reported it when I returned the vehicle. No clue what caused it.

I had that issue since I got my truck. Then after the last software update which failed to complete I lost GPS, LTE, wifi and the SOS. Service center has to order me a new TCM. I suspect your TCM is faulty.

Loaner truck had this. SC said it was due to no PaaK assigned

I had it right after I took delivery of my R1T, called support and they suggested a sleep reset - R1T in park, holding the hazard and the left thumb button (next to the scroller on the left side of the steering wheel) for 15 seconds. That cleared it for me and I haven’t seen it since.

I had that message once, but it went away and never reappeared. Hopefully that issue was just a software fluke and won't be a recurring thing for me. If it's recurring it sounds like something different for you unfortunately.
