For me once it switched from the free to paid it stopped working (for exam Spotify would no longer work). A mobile service was unable to fix it. They did a soft and hard reset, then disconnected 12v battery. Since they could not fix it, it was elevated to the software team. The next day it was fixed. Not sure what they did.
