Could be anything… I once reached to hit the wiper spray and hit the exact opposite side which tried to put the truck in Park.. it didn’t, but the sound was similar…. An unhealthy grind sound.

Are you accelerating and decelerating while this is happening? If so, it's CV joints or something. Happened to pretty much everyone. Service just greases them up and the problem goes away.

It will happen randomly. Mostly happens when I get in the car, car is in park, and AC starts running. Has happened a handful of times while moving, but mostly happens while in park. Sound seems to be coming from behind the lower right side of center screen. Taking it into service on Monday.
