Anyone Purchase a Compact Spare After Delivery (R1S) ?

I was matched to a [R1S] VIN that didn't include a compact spare. My original configuration did but I decided to take delivery of the matching VIN I was offered. Now I'm without a spare and can't seem to purchase one from Rivian. I've tried with the service center, guide, call, chat. All end up in the same place. It's not available.

Anyone else have any luck?

I hear you. I tried purchasing a replacement hood emblem and got nowhere after numerous phone calls with Rivian.

I just spoke to my guide. He said they're going to be available in the gear shop. He didn't say when.

They removed the spare from all R1S orders that weren't delivered by December 15th and told us it'd be purchasable in the Gear Shop: "We are updating the Gear Shop now. In early 2023, prices in the Gear Shop will be adjusted to match your current pricing. We will notify you when that’s complete."

II’ve heard that for months now: ”It’s coming to the gear shop soon.” Months l go by and it’s still not available. No transparency, no solid answers for obtaining this essential “accessory”. I can source my own jack and tools. Just need the spare.

Same story with the R1S all weather mats. Gear Shop says “Coming Soon”… for half a year now.
