App Outage

So I have had issues all night with the app. For a while parts of the app just were not working. I logged out thinking a logout and login would help. Since then I haven’t been able to log in for about an hour. I chatted with service via the web and turns out there is some kind of outage going on. Is anyone else experiencing app issues or did they just pacify me for the time being?

Mine has been working fine while I refresh it 1 million times hoping the vehicle update will show up.

There were reports from others that their trucks were offline earlier today. It appears to be an issue with AT&T.

I’ve been having the same issues. Finally got the live cameras back, and was able to change my charging percentage. It wasn’t letting me change - telling me to try from inside the vehicle…

It’s all working now though.
