Apple Music Troubleshooting

whenever I try to log into Apple Music from the main page I click sign in goes to a white screen then back to the original page. see video.

I have done hard/soft resets, anyone have any other tips ?

I did everything you can think of, hard reset, sign in and out. Finally submitted a WO to the service center, they fixed it.

My Apple Music cuts in and out a few times per song since the last update. Just sucks. Reboot fixes for a few drives and it's back.

I see this all the time after parking,

instead of what was playing on Apple Music before. Same with random dropouts.

Do people manage to get their playlists through the library on Apple Music? When I try it says error and has an empty page.

Non-Functional Apple Music (Stuck in Loop, No QR Code)
From day one of delivery, the Apple Music app has never worked. The Rivian staff at the service center performed multiple resets (soft and hard) during delivery, but to no avail. The application consistently gets stuck in a loop and never displays the QR code needed to log in and connect my account.
I was advised by Rivian to open a service ticket, which I promptly did. My truck was kept for three days at the service center, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I was told this is a known software problem and will be fixed in a "future update." My current software version is 2025.18.30.

It went into the SC for several issues, this was one. I had a service technician come by to do a service and he could not fix it.

I actually ran into the same issue earlier this week — Apple Music stuck in that endless loop with no QR code showing up. What worked for me was logging out of all Apple services on my phone (including iCloud), restarting both the truck and my phone, and then trying the Apple Music app again in the vehicle. After that, the QR code finally popped up. Not sure if it’ll work for everyone, but it’s worth a shot.

They pushed an update to me, still didn’t work. They said they will get back to me with some other fixes

Mine is stuck in an endless account error that says I need to login from a different account. Just started happening yesterday and entertainment system and vehicle reset doesn't fix it. Any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this specific issue?
