Unfortunately I was rear-ended recently. I'm in the Santa Monica area. Rivian officially says I should go straight to an approved body shop. They recommended three shops in metro LA and they all look pretty legit via general Google and Yelp reviews, however, I can't find any specific mentions of them *about Rivians*. I also searched our forum here and can't find any. Given we're one of the few brand new makes of premium auto it's a bit different from even working on other luxury cars (I don't care how many Lambos, Ferraris, or Aston Martin's you've got; those are well understood and have strong supply chains).
So, the question here that I actually care about is, "How to people feel about these three shops, any direct reviews?" and if we're asking the scalable version, "is there a better place to find reviews than what I already did with the forums, Google, and Yelp?"
