For some reason I can't find my purchase and trade-in docs, nor can I find my e-sign link. There was a documents tab on the webpage in the past but it's not there. I traded in my vehicle in December and am continuing to get DMV notices. I signed the POA when I traded it in for Rivian to do everything but since I have received the renewal AND a lack of insurance notice I need to do my own Release of Liability.
I had a Mac crash and now can't find any of my Electronic Docs. I recall the webpage hosting a lot of the purchase docs but now there's no link on the webpage. Reached out to guide but he's not very swift at hitting me back.
Advice appreciated.
