Took my R1T to Biltmore house this weekend from S. GA. Our friends came along and we had a blast. Truck did perfect and boy did it get some looks. We had the Security staff stop us a few times to inquire what we were driving and they were taken by it. (Almost as much as I was taken back by the house...) After the house tour, we did the brewery hoping and I have to say, there were a few that offered free EV charging while there. That was an awesome bonus and we had free charging at the public library next door to our B&B. Our friends were skeptical about road tripping the EV and I said we would get a real "adventure" if we took it and they gave in. We really did have all the great experiences with no waits at chargers and were able to find them where we were heading. And stopping to eat and drink.
We also saw another R1T at Biltmore and we were thinking they might be Rivian employee. (Had Illinois plates) Unfortunately we never got to meet them. All around we loved the trip and the truck did perfect. I am still a satisfied customer.
