I saw on the investors day deck that Raleigh was listed on the 2025 service center list. Found this in the wake county permit portal. 520 Hinton Pond 164 Knightdale. The description looks promising

I work in Knightdale, and this is actually the exact location I thought it would be after being told it was coming to Raleigh-> then told Knightdale specifically when we picked up our R1S earlier this month in Richmond.
You don’t say KD, unless someone told you that, it’s not big enough.
I am happy to stalk this location for the group

I actually know the people developed that area, I messaged them after we got our R1S and he said he hadn’t spoken with Rivian. Possible he isn’t allowed to talk about it? But I sent those pics to him

We used to frequent the knightdale park so my kid can play in that fake chicken coop but we’ve been lazy lately lol. Been meaning to swing back out that way one weekend.

For what it’s worth the county has still not approved the permit. So I doubt you will see anything.

I’m not afraid to admit that I was searching Raleigh permits and not wake County

Richmond SC had told me of Portsmouth VA in 2025, is that still on the road map, the one on Rivians site doesnt show it
