Visited the Boise SC this morning.
* Partially open for some small service issues.
* Waiting on a few permits and additional staff. Should be fully functional in 2-3 weeks
* Rivian person I spoke with was very open, friendly and helpful. I inquired about having my tires rotated and he measured thread depth on all 4 tires and advised that tire rotation was not needed. I have just over 6K miles.
* This location will be used for deliveries
* (6) level 2 RAN chargers on site
* Large modern facility
* Rivian person mentioned that soon Discount tire will have the training and equipment for tire related sales and issues.
* It was a great visit/experience!

I checked the Discount Tire site and it has Rivian R1T and R1S in the drop down menus for tire and rim selection.

I was in the area and snapped a quick photo. There is an LA Silver and Compass Yellow R1T inside and the big Ford flatbed used for deliveries was on the side. Two lifts that I saw.
There was additional Level 2 chargers around the back in addition to the ones previously mentioned in the front.

Chatted with service today and they said that appointments are not yet available for Boise but would be very soon.
I’ve got 9 open tickets just waiting to get in and finally get them addressed

What are the open tickets for? I ask because I don't have any issues that I know of. Admittedly I have somewhat ignored things not wanting to travel to SLC.
Observations: (Truck delivered 6/27/2022, 6K miles {2 camping trips, rooftop tent}, charge at home, use kneel mode), All Purpose mode 90%, conserve mode for longer distance traveling.
* My tonneau cover works as does everything else.
* Minor flutter in the hood at high speed (75+) and windy conditions.
* Minor body panel alignment issues. IMO not enough of an issue to have them addressed.
