The geek in me would like this, but what exactly would I do with the data? Anticipate issues? Eek out more miles?
On some of my ICE cars, I use EcuTek to log all kinds of parameters to a laptop while driving. Data is sent to a tuner and sent back is an ECU patch I can upload. I'm mostly doing this for forced induction tuning.

Could I use something like this to automatically turn on the heated steering wheel every time I drove?
During the summer I'd simply disconnect it.
Edit: Looks like it just monitors signals and can't generate anything.

It would be nice to know 12V state and maybe DU and HV module temperatures. That said, I’d hope that one day Rivian just integrates those values into a configurable dash display.
