Can't Access Rivian Account?

Tried to log into my account and got a password error. Tried to reset my password but the email never arrives. Is anyone else having issues right now? I'm curious if it's just me or if they are having some problems on their end....

Edit: I was also signed out of the app automatically and can't log in through there either.

Yeah I JUST tried to login after not fiddling with my account for weeks. CS says login site is down but should be back online soon. I thought they had deleted my pre-order so I kinda freaked out.

Support told me the same thing - just a site issue. They confirmed I still have a reservation.
