Canton MA Service and Demo Center...?

The chatbot on the main Rivian web site says Canton is taking appointments and it shows up in the app as a choice when I create a service request, but if I choose it it tells me that there are no available times.

...and Tuesday, I am slated to drive to Chelsea... for 8:30AM... from RI. F**k Boston traffic.

Rivian just called me back and said Canton is open and offered me a service appointment as early as next week. I couldn't take that one but did get one for later this month.

No, I did not. I had a mobile service appt for tire rotation but moved it to the service center to do the multi point inspection and look into the half shaft ticking, which has returned in my truck.

CANTON, MA is OFFICIALLY OPEN!!! Service just pushed my appointment over to that SC!!!

I tried scheduling a couple of my nagging issues I had reported for Canton through the app and got an error. I just called in and asked for an appt and they offered Canton! Scheduled for Nov 7! Happy day it's finally real
