Just frustrating when you can’t trust the details. For instance it says Rivian 0-60 is with the large pack but I’ve seen it documted as the 135 pack on 22’s.

When you see something like that as well as some projected dates you know have been pushed makes you (or at least me) not trust the copy and just look at the pictures to see if there is anything I want to research. Just sad that people do not have anyone fact checking the stories like they used to.

Isn't the large pack nominally the 135? Not sure what you're identifying as the issue there.

This is a great article from Car and Driver if your looking for an alphabetized listing of possible, or not, upcoming BEV along with some vague misinformation to further help confuse future EV consumers.
After reading the description of the possible Jeep EV I am baffled as to what kind of contraption will make up the underpinnings.

On a positive note if even half of these ever make it to market consumers will have much greater choice in purchasing an EV. In two years we will be saying remember back in the day (2017) when your only choices for a full EV were Tesla, the Leaf, the Bolt or the C-max.

I am guilty of quality fact editing as well. The large pack is the 135. Poor choice of words on my part, they actually said the 180 kWh pack and my reference to large was between the 3 sizes they mentioned.

I was just pointing out a known inaccurate piece of the report that has many of them that I saw while reading it.

Still enjoyed seeing the long list of coming options in the EV space thoigh.

The C-Max was never offered as a full EV, but the list of choices was much longer than that.
BMW i3, Ford Focus, Honda Fit, Kia Soul, smart fortwo, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Hyundai Ioniq, Mercedes B250e, Fiat 500e, VW eGolf - might have missed a couple more

HAHA, Good call DucRider... I'm blaming all the crappy articles for my misinformation.
I didn't intend for the the list to be complete but did have a total brain fart on the C-max and would have included the BMW i3 if I would have actually put thought into my post... guess that post backfired on me. I fully admit mine was an example of rushing out garbage to post on the interweb, I am by no stretch a writer and NOBODY should look to me for any auto related info... OK Car and driver your turn.

But from a non-EV enthusiast I think that you are correct. People might only remember Tesla and the Leaf before 2020. The others were lower volume EVs.

I wonder when this was originally penned? While it has a current date in the tagline, I think I counted 18 vehicles showing 2021 as their expected premier date (including both Rivians, and one shown as "2022 or sooner"). Nice click-bait! I'm guessing the Rivians will be two of the few that actually make it to market this year.

At the very least, there was no mention of the Badger here. Kudos to Car & Driver for that. In fairness, it may show up in a future article about "Vehicles Fueled by Fictionium" (Periodic Element 69 - Fu). NKLA: 52-week high of $93.99, now $12.12. As my former Investment Advisor said, "Buy high, sell low, and make it up on volume!". He was my first encounter with anything fueled by Fictionium. I now refer to him by his Periodic Element symbol. ?

I understand Dogecoin about as much as I do Nikola. One has a mysterious valuation based on something ethereal that makes no sense to me, and the other is a crypto-currency.
