Hi, I just took delivery of a Gen2 R1S 3 weeks ago. The center console USB ports stop working every other day. Does anyone else have this happen?
It’s connected to a Samsung T7 SSD for Gear Guard and a USB phone charging cable. Neither of which works like every other day. With a hard reset it starts working for like a few hours then happens again. Mobile tech said it’s a firmware issue, pushed an update but still did not fix it. I now have to hard reset every day for it to work a few hours. Super weird!
other than that, Alexa also stops working randomly, maybe every 3 days. A hard reset helps but do people seriously hard reset this car every day?
