I read where another member had issues where accessories were shipped to an old address. I just had the same issue. I changed my address with Rivian during my initial guide call 3 weeks ago. They shipped out my home charger late last week, but shipped it to my OLD address. My guide was good to contact UPS and redirect it when I contacted her this morning, but had I not looked up the tracking number and seen some weird stuff, I’d have never known. BTW, the tracking lookup does not show the address, only the town associated with the zip code.
It seems that their system may store address multiple times and doesn’t properly update it when you change your address. Best to confirm the shipping address for your accessories with your guide if you’ve changed your address since original reservation.
