Charger door oddity

I’m not sure if I ever looked at the inside of my charger door before (2023 R1T). It has the five pictured and seven total rectangular spots that look kind of melted. The bottom one is less messy and is the twelve circles. Sorry the picture isn’t great hopefully you all can see it. Any idea what was/is going on here?
