Nice thing about our use-case is that we don’t do a lot of traveling. So it’s always charging at home. We don’t need over 300 miles and we don’t need super speed charging.The biggest drawback of the R1S versus the other 3-row EVs hitting the market is poor efficiency (requires a large battery to hit the same range) and slow DC charging.
I'm willing to live with the lower efficiency if they can get the 10%-80% charging down to 30 minutes. The current 45 minutes is too long compared to the competition.
