Thought I knew all the differences between gen1 and gen2 but my PPF guy called one out today that was new to me.
The chrome trim on the S is no longer segmented. That was a pain to deal with when putting on the blackout vinyl. It still lifts where they meet.
In gen2 the indentation is no longer there. There’s a tiny line for the two pieces but likely much easier to deal with when blacking it out now.
Don’t know if this changes the templates at all for the vinyl.
