Nah. Mine has never not worked.
I'd suggest doing an infotainment reset and then turning the schedules off and back on.

No, it has to do with climate scheduling with is directly tied to battery preconditioning. And please stop sending me threatening messages via PM, it's ridiculous.

Climate scheduling works completely randomly for me. I never know whether it's going to work or not, and have not been able to figure out any pattern of what causes it to not work. It does seem more reliable at home in the morning, but I'd rather have it work reliably when the car has been sitting outside all day rather than in an insulated garage.
