Yes, I’ll be there just before 8am.@BrentInCO @opnwide
You guys still good for Saturday? Rivian wants me to be there with the truck between 730-8am, I’m planning to be there right before 8am. Price is $1125 per wheel/tire.
There is one unclaimed 20” wheel/tire if anyone else is interested in a spare.
I got the same email today! I had an April - June 2023 estimate so this is a total surprise. It’s happening!!!! Just got this today…

Congrats to you! You should also have a Guide listed in your account now.Wow that is a nice surprise, maybe they fast tracked your configuration - seems like a lot of emails went out today to confirm configs!

Yes, I have “Jess B” and scheduled a intro call with her thru the site as I have a few questions about dropping the floor mats and adding XPEL PPF but do not want to effect my delivery date.Congrats to you! You should also have a Guide listed in your account now.
I have “Mark E”, who I will apologize to right now because I will probably forget everything I’ve learned about the process in the past few months here![]()
Yes, a permit is required. Some of my quotes have including permitting, others have not which is generally $100-200. Your an claim the tax credit on these if you want.Has anyone who has gone through Level 2 charging install and Xcel rebate know if they require a permit for the electrician work?
A company I contacted about doing a charger install said they might have added a permit requirement to the rebate but he wasn't sure, so I'm trying to crowdsource this if possible. Not seeing definitive info on the rebate forms and haven't had the time to sit on a call with them yet.
I have Jess as well. Haven't touched base yet but I'll be curious as to how you get on with her.Yes, I have “Jess B”

I have 3 quotes so far, 1500, 1600, and 1900 for the same job + the Chargepoint charger. All star is the only Xcel installer that has stock to SELL the CP charger. White star and All star have stock to rent the charger in droves, but only All star will sell me one.I have Jess as well. Haven't touched base yet but I'll be curious as to how you get on with her.
Interesting info about the permit. One of the very few firms I have gotten a bid through (hard to find electricians for some reason) said they'd charge me at least $500 for the permit along with whatever other work they'd discover that would need to be brought up to code etc. So that whole quote put the fear of god into me and I'm considering just going rivian charger for $500 vs chargepoint or enelx which both seem to be out of stock at the moment and just avoiding the rebate altogether.
Sorry for a silly question but price includes the charger or it would be an additional charge?I have 3 quotes so far, 1500, 1600, and 1900 for the same job + the Chargepoint charger.
none of those prices include the charger that’s just for the wiring and install but you do get a 30% tax credit on that amount. The charger is either $725 or you can rent it from Xcel for about $13 a month with some stipulations. There’s also a $500 rebate if you agree to charge during their three allotted time frames.Sorry for a silly question but price includes the charger or it would be an additional charge?
