Compact spare range???

I am going back and forth between the compact spare and a full size spare for our R1S for long family road trips this summer and was hoping someone with the compact spare may be able to help. Does anybody know what the official range recommendation from the manufacturer is? They are someone in the Netherlands I think? I know the max speed recommendation is 50mph and I reached out to rivian and all they would say is “use it as little as possible but we have seen customers use it for 100 miles.” I’m just worries about getting a flat in the middle of nowhere that is not pluggable and having it take a couple of days to get a replacement 21” road tire, that would really screw some of our plans up. It would be nice to know we could drive slowly to our destination and deal with getting the replacement there. Thanks!

Get a full size spare.

I waited nearly a week for a 21" tire in Helena MT last summer. I wouldn't plan on using a compact spare more then in a to the next town kinda situation.

General rule of thumb on space saver spares is no more than 50 mph for no more than 50 miles. They’re only meant for you to get to the nearest tire shop, not to carry on as if nothing happened.

Thanks, I went ahead and ordered the full size spare, now I just have to decide how exactly I’m going to mount it.

Get the full-size tire. It comes with the whole kit (tire, jack, pucks, and the rim/wheel and not some hubcabless-looking thing). We had our tires rotated a couple of weeks ago and I did a 5 tire rotation the only way I could tell it was the spare on the truck was because it was shiny new.
