Connectivity Issues

No idea where to start.
Sickens me I paid cash for this truck and it’s a nice pretty paper weight of sorts.
Our daily have been i4 m50’s and those are solid cars. But really wished this r1t was all what I had wished. It’s weird to me it’s supposed to be a modern vehicle but has all these issues, let alone can’t get this fixed since it’s not a safety issue and it’s low priority I guess. I regret this purchase.

These are exactly the issues I have.
Since 2023.14.0 update in May 2023…. Truck is broken… no internet, no gps, no WiFi, nothing. Truck has now 1500 miles and last reported in app saying 1100 miles when the update was installed. Still not fixed, and the soonest I could get a service appointment is February 7th 2024 to hopefully look into this. Patiently waiting… Not happy to say the least.
Hoping they will consider fixing it sooner. Been sitting a long time and rarely gets used since it was bricked. No solution.
this thread is first time I’ve seen anything that makes sense but still I’m stuck with a truck that can’t be fixed for a long time.

Bellevue sc made it a priority and got me in pretty fast. Everything has been great since then. Hang in there!

Great staff there! Just backed up a bit. Learned today that it's the busiest SC in the world (according to Rivian).

I agree with what should just be a TI.
However, permits take forever in Seatle unless scope enable OTC or STFI. Have a number of them involving ECA slopes and probably will approach 2 years!

Bellevue sc made it a priority and got me in pretty fast. Everything has been great since then. Hang in there!

After many more attempts to Rivian, I managed to get them to push the appointment sooner, however still a ways out, late November they will address the issue. But in meantime...still no SOS, GPS, WIFI, INTERNET, phone entry, bluetooth etc etc... just parking the truck longer til that day comes.
Just got tint done the other day, prestige film 30% front sides, 70% windshield, 70% rears and sunroof. also PPF xpel ultimate fusion full front, lower doors, top of tail gate, redo side gear tunnel doors. install weisstech rock sliders and ss sill plate covers.

this is for another SC? odd, I was talking to Rivian and they mentioned a new SC being built soon and told me it would be in Kirkland which sounds more realistic ideal to me than seattle. but would be really needing three SC

Just would not be keen on dealing with SEATTLE traffic and driving a truck downtown. But that's just me. I have driven sports cars most of my life and this is my first truck.

anyhow, glad to see Rivian growing and they definitely need to provide more service to their customers.

This one has been in the works for a long time and was supposed to be open already. Unless plans have changed, I believe the Bellevue SC becomes more focused on EDVs. Haven't heard anything about a Kirkland location and I hope not.
This location under construction is not downtown and is easy access off of I5 just south of Boeing Field
