Creating the Ultimate Wheel/Tire Combo (Help Needed)

Sadly after 1 year I had to remove these tires because of Rivian, they said it could potentially throw off all the computers motors etc and they wont service my vehicle if its related to anything that may cause issues with these tires (which is everything) so I switched back to a OEM size

This is crazy. I'm also changing from the 21". So I bought the Atomic AWZZ ("made for Rivian") and the Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT 275/60R20 (also made for Rivian) and the Sterling SC just wrote me and said they cannot install these tires and wheels. Will they refuse to service my vehicle too?

Doesn't Rivian let you reprogram the tire size now? I thought I saw that.
