New to the forums and have posted once in my local forums and have been browsing all the great content on the forums

I am pretty excited to be picking up my 2024 Quad Motor, Large Battery, Glacier White on 22's with Black Mountain/Wood interior. I am coming from a 2022 Raptor 37 package and am looking forward to the EV life. The Raptor will always have a place in my heart by no longer my wallet! lol.

I had a conversation with my guide on the phone who informed me that everything looks good on my end, other than Rivian needing to send me a final contract that has to be executed 24 hours before delivery? I have completed all the steps on my portal and do not see any additional steps. Am I missing something here? I do not want any hiccups during delivery. Will be reaching out to the guide again but would love help from this community. Thanks!
Congrats! I got the exact same vehicle two weeks ago. As far as all the paperwork goes, you should either get notified via the app or receive an email for the final documents. I saw a comment about bringing a friend who has no skin in the game to look over the vehicle, that’s a great recommendation. Although I had no issues with my vehicle, I was too giddy to look it over fully until I got home. Only downside is, you will not receive the Tesla supercharger adapter when you take delivery. I thought I was supposed to get that with a new purchase , but that’s not the case. Mine is currently in the shop having paint protection film, put on the whole vehicle. A high cost investment, but after seeing what roads can do to my Tesla, I didn’t want to take the same chance with my new Rivian. Enjoy the ride!

Looks great same interior and exterior color...yes same tint and 70 on the front windshield makes a huge difference in keeping the vehicle cool. Added TWraps screen protectors and going for a chrome delete in 2 weeks...really considering a debadged also and then the 3 badges hood and B pillar replacing with dark vinyl wrapped ones.

Congrats, and glad everything went so well for you! My delivery attempt on the 7th didn't go so well and had to refuse. Rematched to another VIN and now scheduled for delivery on the 20th. I hope it goes as well as yours.

Curious to know what were the main issues so I look at the same things on delivery date…

It was pretty obvious and I was surprised that the service center didn't catch it. The gloss black part at the top of the rear hatch had some large marks along the edge. The delivery agent said that he would show me how to open a ticket for it but I told him that I wanted to know that they could be resolved to my satisfaction first. After a few people from service looked at it they realized that someone (they blamed the factory) had buffed through the clear coat and paint. They would have to send it out to a body shop to be repainted and would take 6-8 weeks. I was very surprised that it wasn't caught during the PDI process. There were a few other minor issues but only because they never took the time to clean up the car after sitting on the lot for weeks.
