Also make sure you are there to see them lift your Rivian. When I had a flat the local discount tire improperly lifted my Rivian by placing the puck in the wrong hole. I still need to have Rivian check it out to make sure they didn’t do any damage. This is what happens when they hire teens to work on a car they have no idea/ training on. Thank god I was there and saw the whole thing. I should’ve walked up and checked where the puck was placed but by the time I saw that the cover wasn’t hanging it was already too late.
