Dynamic Roof Stuck On in opaque mode

I picked up my R1T yesterday ( yea! after patiently waiting for 3.5 months - which was expected ). Before i drove it off the lot, noticed that dynamic roof was stuck on the opaque mode. The toggle to turn it off and on is shown in red on the main display panel. Did a quick reset, then a full reset and it is still stuck in opaque mode. Service called me today to set up a time to bring it in - Dec 3 is the earliest - OK, I get it, they are doing a lot of service and this certainly doesn't impact my ability to enjoy the truck and get to point A to point B, so it is what it is.. The question I have is has anyone else seen this and if you did, was there a quick fix I could take care of my self? Any ideas would be appreciate. Thank you!

Some electrochromic systems default to the dark setting when they have no power. Maybe check cable plugs and fuses.

I would love to know what “clear” is supposed to look like.
