Does anyone have experience with the EV Sportsline wheels? I am looking at getting a set of the R800 compass 8 spoke wheel. I am planning on the Goodyear 20'' OEM tires or Nitto Nomad tires. I currently have the Rivian OEM 22 inch sport dark wheels but looking to get a reasonably priced 20'' set for fall/winter/spring driving in Minnesota. Any feedback or other suggestions are appreciated.

Hey! I have a set of the R800's on my Rivian - I like them a lot. I've had no issues in roughly a year and several thousand miles. I put Falken wildpeak at3w's on mine. I've also had good experiences with evsportline's customer support. I reccomend!

I have had two different sets of R800 wheels. Bought the original +35 offset in bronze and put on Wildpeak tires. They rubbed all the time partially due to the lower offset. They started making them in +48 offset months later and I complained about the rubbing so they gave me a deal on the +48 version.

Good looking wheel and they seem to be made well structurally, but the paint they use is not great and very thin. On both sets, the paint chipped very easily in the lug holes while installing the lug nuts. They also didn’t get the paint very well in the lug holes, and just looks poorly finished overall IMO. Only thing about the design I’m not crazy about is you have to use the supplied valve extensions when filling or airing down the tires. Just a small hassle.

My wife had curbed one wheel and went to get it repaired at a local wheel repair, but they couldn’t find an exact color match in powder coat. It took some work to try and get the powder coat color code from EVSportline, and they finally admitted they are NOT powder coated but instead just painted. They finally got a touch up bottle in bronze posted for me to buy, though that seems rather expensive to me at $35 a bottle. I bought two and the wheel shop sprayed it on the repaired area, but it wasn’t a perfect match either. If I were keeping that set, I would have just invested in powder coating the whole set to a new color.

I also had a set of their wheels on our old Model Y and while they were too wide for my taste, they held up well. Did curb them all and had them powder coated at a local wheel shop

Love mine, no issues with 275/60/20 tires. No rubbing, no issues with color.
