Hello (not sure if this is the right place to make this post but) does anyone have experience with ordering from @EVBASE and more specific how long it takes them to send the tracking information for a Sun Shade order? I placed the Sun Shade order coming up on 3 weeks and no communication on the order and expected shipment date. Also, their customer service gives odd responses.

I just received a camping mattress for my R1S from EVBase. No issues, maybe 7-10 days end to end? Maybe they don’t have it in stock?

No allegiance to EVBase except this shade got ordered and that was based on other folks on here and other outlets providing positive feedback. Appreciate the ref to the new outfit, and most likely will switch to your vendor. Thanks,

EVBase is known for "gifting" people things for positive posts, threatening reviewers when there are negative posts, refusing to honor their return policy, and with their apparent "sibling" company Hansshow they don't respect other's IP.

Hopefully you get the sun shade, but they aren't a company I'd encourage people do business with.

EVsportline appears to have their sunshades available. It looks like Electruck4x5 is out of their shades.

Yeah, this is false. I saw the communications from EVBase to Branden Flasch pressuring him over his running board review. Unfortunately those posts from him aren't available anymore on twitter. I am also personally aware of the refusal to follow your return policy for a friend who received damaged product, resulting him having to do a credit card charge back.

I just received a bill from UPS for an order I made with EVbase in February. Seems like they are charging me a tariff and “brokerage charges” emailed evbase and they have been quiet. Just be aware you may get a bill from the shipping service months later.

I think there may be a misunderstanding —We truly appreciated the valuable feedback he provided on our first-generation running boards. It directly helped us improve and release the second generation, and even led us to develop more Rivian accessories. After he switched vehicles, we continued to have a collaboration on some Model Y products.
Also, on this forum, we’ve privately messaged every user who posted negative feedback, and did our best to help resolve their issues. For example, the customer mentioned earlier has already received both a refund and the product .We genuinely value the voices of our customers and truly appreciate the community’s support and oversight.
